Recommended Use:

A source of B complex vitamins for use in the treatment of deficiencies of these vitamins in cattle, sheep and horses.

Each mL Contains:

Thiamine Hydrochloride…………………………………………..150 mg

Riboflavin 5′ Sodium Phosphate USP………………………………2 mg

Niacinamide…………………………………………………………150 mg

d-Panthenol…………………………………………………………..10 mg

Pyridoxine HCL……………………………………………………….10 mg

Inositol………………………………………………………………..20 mg

Choline Chloride……………………………………………………..20 mg

Benzyl Alcohol (preservative)…………………………………….2% v/v

Water for Injection………………………………………………………q.s.

Dosage:

Administer by intramuscular or intravenous injection. Dosage may be repeated once or twice weekly as needed. 1 to 5
mL per 100 lbs of body weight.

Warning:

Parenteral administration of thiamine has resulted in anaphylactic shock. Administer slowly and with caution in doses
over 1/3 mL (50 mg Thiamine).

Store upright only at temperatures between 2° and 8°C (36° — 46°F). Do not allow to freeze.
