INDICATIONS:
Chlorhexidine Scrub is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2% that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Wet area thoroughly with water. Use approximately 5 mL of Chlorhexidine Scrub and add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
CAUTION:
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes and contact a physician. If swallowed, contact a physician and/or poison control center immediately.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate.
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Purified Water, Lauramine Oxide, Ethoxylated Alcohol, PEG-6 Cocamide, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Citric Acid, Fragrance and Artificial Colors.
STORAGE:
Store at room temperature between 15º-30ºC (59º-86ºF). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
